Margaret is a native and life-long resident of Pensacola, Florida. Prior to retirement, she worked as a dental assistant for thirty-five years.
Clearly talented at an early age, she began studying with locally-renowned artist Maxine Carter when 8-years old. She later studied with local artists Marion Weston and Theresa Grillo. Because of her fascination with clouds, water and reflections, her favorite subject quickly became landscape – especially the Florida Coast – and is now a dedicated Plein Air painter.
