Aliona Odgers is an artist who loves working with many kinds of media: oil, acrylic, watercolors, polymer clay and many more.
Originally, from Kyrgyzstan, she has called the USA home for over 25 years. She is currently based in Pace, Florida, and loves it here! Once trained as music educator, after Aliona moved to the USA, she never worked as a music teacher in this country. She has raised 3 wonderful kids, and when they were all entered elementary school, in 2008 Aliona found herself testing her art talent. She is mostly self-taught as an artist with the help of books, PBS, and YouTube, as well as a few classes from professional artists during a stay in Arizona.
Aliona loves to create portraits, landscapes, seascapes, sculptures, dolls and more. Her pieces are full of light and vivid colors. It gives her joy to express her positive outlook on life in my art. True artists never stop learning and growing, so she is looking forward to seeing how far she will go! She is now a member at Quayside Art Gallery in Pensacola, Florida.
