Katherine Schiller

Katherine Schiller is a Filipina-American painter whose creative endeavors began with drawing and hand lettering at a young age. In 2016, she committed to learning realism painting, finding profound inspiration in the natural world and eventually, the female strength. Her work today often features wildlife, nature, and portraits. Her expressive work is infused with tropical elements inspired by her home country.
At 26, Schiller joined the Air Force, serving six years on active duty. The call to pursue her passion for art led her to transfer to the reserves, allowing her to focus more on her creative pursuits. She spent the first years of her artist career in Georgia and is now based in Florida.
When not painting, Schiller enjoys photography, reading, and gardening, all of which continue to inspire and influence her artistic journey.
