Capri Boyle Jones is a fiber artist specializing in hand hooked rugs, décor and wearables. Each piece incorporates hand dyed wools as well as other fibers and embellishments appropriate for the intended use. The fibers are her paint and the hook her paintbrush.
She has been developing her art professionally thru hooking, designing, dyeing, creating, and restoring rugs for eighteen years. As a national teacher, lecturer and exhibitor she enjoys the opportunity to share a creative spirit. Inspiration for Capri’s artwork is found in her faith in God, people in her life and the beauty around us. She often includes introspective concepts into her artwork. Study continues to develop sensitivity in each piece of work.
A resident of Navarre, Florida, Capri lived in Kentucky most of her life.
